RETURNS POLICY

Return Policy

Our return policy spans 30 days from the date of your purchase. If a month has passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item in question must be unused and in the same pristine condition as when you first received it. Additionally, it should remain in its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please be aware that certain goods cannot be returned. These include perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. We also do not accept returns for the following:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Select health and personal care items

Required Documentation

To process your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Manufacturer Return Address

Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Scenarios

We are unable to accept items that are not in their original and unopened condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributed to our error. Similarly, we cannot process returns for items received more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your item. This email will also indicate whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the appropriate credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, typically within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Subsequently, contact your credit card company, as they might also have processing delays. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank. In some cases, there may be processing time associated with bank refunds. If, after following these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@scntsfragrances.com.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at hello@scntsfragrances.com.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact hello@scntsfragrances.com and await instructions on the return process. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item worth more than £75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
