Shipping Information
We utilize the services of Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 and DPD for order shipments.
Here's what you can expect from our shipping process:
- Parcel delivery takes 2-3 working days, complete with online tracking.
- Royal Mail keeps you informed via email throughout the shipping journey.
- We offer shipping within the United Kingdom and selected EU countries.
- Orders placed before 8 AM from Monday to Friday will be promptly processed and shipped on the very same working day. You should receive your parcel within 2-3 working days (excluding holidays). For Highlands and Islands, please allow for an additional day.
- Orders made on a Friday (after 8 AM), Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
- Deliveries are handled by either Royal Mail or DPD from Monday to Saturday.
Please be aware that during Royal Mail Strikes, non-working hours, and adverse weather conditions, we cannot guarantee precise delivery times. We are unable to refund orders that have already been dispatched or ordered until they reach your location. In the case of a lost or erroneously delivered parcel, we will arrange for the order to be resent.
